解決方式：
1.重啟設備，釋放設備內存

#reload

2.釋放設備內存，暫時關閉以下功能，成功上傳後，再重新開啟這些功能

(config)# no threat-detection basic-threat
(config)# no threat-detection statistics tcp-intercept
(config)# no threat-detection statistics
(config)# no webvpn
(config)# wr

(config)# copy tftp flash
